We are looking for an organized, analytical, and results-oriented individual who can provide valuable information to assist with the company’s strategic decision-making. You will work closely with different areas such as c-levels, finance, and operations and collaborate in the creation of metrics and data analysis.

Your responsibilities will centre around:
Perform financial reporting tasks and data analysis for different areas of the company.
Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of key metrics to evaluate the company’s performance.
Analyze a wide variety of data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for executive decision-making.
Coordinate with other areas to understand needs and offer data-based solutions.
Participate in financial planning and budgeting.
Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Participate in special projects related to data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:
Location: Uruguay.
Education in Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Previous experience (junior or semi-senior) in economic data analysis, reporting, or similar areas.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to work in a team and communicate results effectively.
Analytical ability and attention to detail.
It’s a plus:
Experience in SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
Knowledge of Machine Learning.
Experience in software companies.
